Bitten: Selections from the Roth Vampire Collection

This exhibit features a selection of books and plates from the Roth Vampire Collection in Special Collections, spanning 1897-1988. 

This collection is dedicated to former Skidmore College Professor Phyllis A. Roth in recognition of her scholarly contributions to the study of vampire literature and her lifelong service to Skidmore as a teacher and administrator.

The collection was given by J. Christopher Giancarlo '81 and his wife, Regina Beyel Giancarlo, and supplemented by Phyllis Roth and friends. It features rare and first editions of many vampire books as well as magazines, playbills, comics, and more relating to the vampire theme.
