Saratoga Springs: Health, History, and Horses

Saratoga Springs is a corridor town in Saratoga County, New York. The county is filled with towns, cities, and villages, featuring urban areas and rural settings that include lakes, rivers and mineral springs. The county begins at the northern tip of the Capital Region and stretches to the foothills of the Adirondacks. Saratoga County’s location and landscape played a crucial role in the Revolutionary War. Waterways including canals were also used for transportation. The hub of Saratoga County is the Corridor Towns that are located along I87, the Adirondack Northway.
