• GPS units can be checked out from the GIS Center by members of the Skidmore community.
• Units can be checked out for one week.  If you'll need the unit for longer, email gis@skidmore.edu to request an extension.
• The units run on rechargeable Li-ion batteries. You can borrow a charger cord with the unit if you need.
• If you lose or damage the unit, you are responsible for replacing it or paying a replacement fee.

The GIS Center has ten Trimble Juno 3B units equipped with TerraSync software.  

Each GPS unit is equipped with a rechargeable battery, 3.5" color touch screen with stylus, a high sensitivity GPS receiver/antenna, and an integrated camera.
